Personal data is collected when you use our services, our website our technology, and interactions with an employee of Tuki Ranch Ltd.

Tuki Ranch will only collect data that helps us with your experience and other Tuki Ranch customers. We will not be intrusive and treat all customer and visitor data with confidence and care.

Tuki Ranch will clearly outline when we are to collect personal information from you and why. Any personal information collected about you (that identifies you) is your property. Any analytical data (that does not identify you) belongs to Tuki Ranch.

The data we collect from you could include, identification, address, phone and email and more depending on the situation.

An address so that we can deliver any goods purchased, this could be by courier or by a Tuki Ranch staff member.

Your contact details (phone/email), so we can contact you regarding your purchase and/or enquiry.

If you call Tuki Ranch and leave a voicemail, this will be disposed of once it is no longer required. This also applies to any other form of communication.

Police can request your data and there are procedures in place for this to be disclosed of lawfully and accordingly. Other departments such as Work and Income New Zealand, New Zealand Inland Revenue Department and New Zealand Security Intelligence Service have a lawful need to access personal data held by us. Like the Police, there is a formal process that is followed before any disclosure is made to any department.

Your personal data is housed in our Microsoft Azure cloud environment, an enterprise-grade platform with high availability and good practice security protocols. Tuki Ranch retains full responsibility for the management of this platform. Tuki Ranch uses industry standard encryption protocols and enterprise-grade cyber security systems, which have been tested where appropriate.

When signing in or shopping online, look for the ‘padlock’ symbol at the bottom of your web browser. The ‘padlock’ symbol is a certificate of authenticity and ensures the site is secure. You can double-click the padlock symbol to view the certificate’s details.
