Return Policy

Tuki Ranch Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy governs returns and refunds for goods sold by Tuki Ranch at our retail sites and through online sales channels. This policy does not cover purchases made of Tuki Ranch goods sold by third party vendors.

Tuki Ranch is committed to providing you with quality products. We recommend that you keep your receipt in a safe place should it be applicable to the following situations.

Change of mind

We will do our best to accommodate returns and refunds for purchases within 30 days accompanied with proof of purchase and the terms and conditions of this policy are met.

The Consumer Guarantees Act does not cover a change of mind when purchasing goods but we here at Tuki Ranch understand that sometimes things change, so please reach out to us and we can discuss it further.

Package and handling costs for goods that fall under this category will not be covered by Tuki Ranch.

Proof of purchase

Tuki Ranch requires proof of purchase for the return and refund of goods. Acceptable forms of proof of purchase include:

  • Receipt or Invoice
  • Packing Slip

Faulty goods

Tuki Ranch is committed to providing you with quality goods for your farm. Should the goods be faulty upon delivery or not meet your consumer rights, please contact us to discuss an exchange, return or refund. Standard terms and conditions apply.

Goods that will not be accepted as returns

Unless faulty, Tuki Ranch does not accept returns of the following goods:

Seed (including where this is unopened); agrichemicals (including where this is unopened); nutrition products (Feed, Supplements, etc.); temperature Sensitive Goods (i.e. Vaccines); food items; consumables (i.e. creams, lotions); goods no longer in new or saleable condition; goods subject to normal wear and tear; goods purchased more than 30 days prior; damaged goods; special orders; or expired products.

Please be aware that any postage or freight costs incurred with the purchase of goods are not refundable.
